CREATIVE | JOYFUL | CARING

Bringing all of myself to this world looks like building community, offering paths to wellbeing for individuals, and supporting the human spirit through a connection to nature. My body of work includes:
– Advancing local and long distance trails
– Leading group dance experiences
– Teaching yoga
– Writing for myself and others

Cover of Invisible Ink

Invisible Ink is a compilation of poems from recent travels, meditations on dance, nature, and what I’ve learned on this journey of living (so far).

I set about gathering my writing from the last year and added writing from more than a decade ago to compile this booklet of poems. I designed and published Invisible Ink at the end of December 2025, and it’s available for purchase for $15 while supplies last and only available for local delivery.

ARGENTINE TANGO

A meditation of presence with music, partner, and the community of dancers. Utterly improvisational and full of creative potential for the unspoken conversation.

If you’re interested in beginning an Argentine Tango journey, I offer private classes for beginners, as well as group classes with co-instructor Barbara Durr.
